Big Bang Or Global Warming?

This morning i was reading an article about a meteorite that smashed into the ground in Peru over the weekend. You can read the story here.  It is scary because the actual fragment was small, but it created a hole that was 15 feet deep and 65 feet wide. 

Global warming is happening.. but i always wonder, how will the human race expire. From the damage we are causing to the planet, or another big bang that wiped out the dinosaurs.  If a big enough piece of matter from space were to hit us, we would be gone.  Which will happen first?  What do you think.. ?
