2 simple steps that i need to follow to get my ass in gear on a daily basis. At night you need to think about your desires before you sleep. I lay out every goal that i have.. money, affiliate marketing, love, family, friends, etc. Then you have it set in your mind and you wake thinking of the same thing. The next thing is what i eat to kickstart my day. I will have a bowl of cereal.. HEALTHY cereal, something with whole grains and lots of fiber. Then i make a smoothie that is so good it can make ur nipples hard, you HAVE to try it. It wires me more than a anything with caffeine.
1 Banana
1 Cup Yogurt (soy is the best but you can use any kind you like)
1 Cup Milk (you can use soy milk or any kind you like)
1 Splash Cranberry Juice
1 Handful Blueberries
1 Handful Strawberries
1 Handful Raspberries
2 Tablespoons Flax Seed (great antioxidant!)
The fruit should be FROZEN. You can buy them in bags from the frozen section of your grocery store. You combine it all in a blender and process for 3 minutes on high and you will LOVE it. You can add other things that you like but i am simple and that is how i make mine on the daily. I hope it helps you as much as it helps me. I will post a recipe for the ‘weekend’ breakfast tomorrow.
