Paris Hilton Out Of Jail

At 12:15 a.m. Pacific Time, The hotel heiress was released from her Los Angeles jail after serving 23 days in prison for violating her probation on a reckless driving charge.

The paparazzi, fans and reporters swarmed her release from jail as paris smiled and waved before running to greet her mother and father in their vehicle.

She was escorted home by police, helicopters and fans where she ran around her yard with her dog Tinkerbell.

On a poll taken at CNN, 70% of the voters said that they did not care about her getting out or not, and that she should just go away.. yet why all of the media frenzy.. why is everyone watching her on the news.

She may not sing well and her acting sucks, but she is a fashion icon, she is sexy and she is famous for being famous. In my opinion, she rules and i hope this taught her a lesson. Here is the video of her release. Enjoy and CONGRATS Paris!

Building an Income Online – Honesty and Truth

Many people make millions of dollars a year on the internet. There, I came right out and said it! Yet, not surprisingly, the vast majority of online entrepreneurs wind up losing money and failing, even though the market is relatively new and untamed. Why is it that most people fail when trying to earn an income online?

I sat down and really thought about the reasons for this, as I have found earning an income online to be relatively easy in the scheme of things. After much thought and debate, I realized that it comes down to a few simple truths that many people perhaps have not accepted:

1. Making money online is not a cakewalk – Like anything, you will need to learn how to do it right. You can’t expect to walk onto the PGA tour and win championships without learning how to Golf, right? So, ask yourself why internet marketing would be any different.

Once you learn the techniques, the methods, and the strategies, making money online because about repetition, innovation, and patience. There is no “secret”, no “golden egg”, and certainly no mystery- just common sense, a bit of sales knowledge, and a desire to succeed.

2. People want to buy online, they just don’t know it yet – Many people prefer shopping online as it saves them time and effort. However, that doesn’t mean that they will simply flock to your landing page about shoes. Your job is to get them there, and to make them interested in the particular shoes you are promoting.

Since they cannot feel or experience the shoes in any way other than what they see and read online, you need to be persuasive, understanding, and able to show your visitors why those shoes are worth their blind purchase. Perhaps the manufacturer of the shoes has already sold 20,000 pairs, or maybe the shoes themselves are quite exclusive. Either way, convince them to make the purchase in whatever way you can.

3. Advertising is big business – You may not even need to sell and actual product. Providing contextual or relevant ad space on your website can be quite profitable in its own right. However, in order to become valuable, you will need to have a website that logs frequent visits from unique users. Once you have that, you have an instant income stream.

4. People are still people – Many markets forget this one, simple truth. At the end of the day, the person visiting your website is still a person. Remind yourself of this fact every single day.

What do you offer that someone would be interested in? If they are searching for great deals on shoes, you are going to want to offer them one heck of a deal. If they are looking for general information on Forex trading, you are going to want to have the ads on your website targeted to Forex trading. Regardless, never forget that the person viewing your website has unique interests and demands. Cater to them, and you’ll be rich.

Genius Advertising & Hysterical

Its been awhile since i posted a funny video so i figured i would post this. I saw it a few weeks ago and it is a commercial for Stanley Steemer. Most people know their catchy jingle but this commercial is something that i wont forget. Talk about genius advertising.

I called the company to get this video and the woman i spoke with told me that they get more people complaining about the commercial than they do for people commenting it. Either way, it is advertising and it worked. Way to go!

Common Sense E-Mail Marketing

This may appear to be more of a rant as opposed to a constructive article, but many people need to learn how to build and maintain value in their opt-in e-mail list. Every day I receive between 10 and 15 different e-mails from various e-mail marketers, and though they are not necessarily identical, they most certainly are not unique.

I began to suspect that many marketers were e-mailing me 3 or 4 times a week, which I find a bit excessive. As a customer, I would simply begin to delete e-mails sent to me that often unless they were full of some mighty fine content. I began to track the e-mails that I was receiving, and sure enough, more than half of the usual senders were sending me mail more than 4 times a week. Now, I don’t mean to be rude, but where is the sense in that.

Only e-mail your list when you have something to offer them. Hammering away at the same offer is pointless, and eventually will become irritating. You don’t want to alienate your potential customers.

Obviously, you need to test your marketing strategies a million and one times before you establish a routine that is as effective as possible. However, during the time that it takes to accomplish that, keep in mind that there are people behind that e-mail address, and overloading them with offers or other random mailings will eventually get you added to their spam list. In general, avoid mailing them any more often than you would like to be mailed.

Another thing to keep in mind when you’re mailing is the actual content of the e-mail. It is highly unlikely that sending a mass e-mail about penis enlargement is going to yield any results if the demographic of the list is mainly women. You can improve your conversions by adding a few fields to your opt-in form, such as gender and age group. This may hurt your opt-ins slightly, but it will allow you to target your list better.

At the end of the day, your conversions and success will be the result of clever marketing copies, catchy titles, and a diverse list. Never settle for a myopic view of the internet market, as it’s constantly changing and that viewpoint will only lead to mediocre results.

Good luck, and have fun!
